Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Change Management and Training Lead to coordinate training at the Elwood, IL facility and to drive change initiatives across multiple projects. You will partner with facility leadership and home office teams to ensure program delivery aligns with business goals.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience as a Walmart Supply Chain associate OR 1 year's experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution center environment OR 2 or more years' of college in a Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Implements training programs at the facility level.
• Participates in the FunctionalDivisional training network with other facilities to determine best practices.
• Manages execution and quality of delivery across change programs and aligns with stakeholders.
• Oversees communication of change initiatives and leads program interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Coordinates with facility and home office leadership to implement corporate initiatives and trainings.
