Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months experience as a Walmart Supply Chain associate OR 1 year's experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution center environment OR 2 or more years' of college in a Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Implements training programs at the facility level and coordinates change initiatives across the program delivery plans.
• Leads change management efforts, establishes and measures change KPIs, and ensures consistent messaging between multiple projects.
• Supports associate engagement by providing learning opportunities and coaching to develop others.
