Walmart seeks a Director of Change Enablement to lead the strategy and execution of communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness for a major payroll transformation across the U.S. and Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Studies, Engineering, Information Technology or related field and 5 years’ experience in communications, human resources, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in communications, human resources, or related area.
• Strong experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation, change enablement, communications, training, organizational readiness, or program management initiatives.
• Executive presence with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the integrated Change Enablement strategy for the payroll transformation organization, connecting communications, executive messaging, training, stakeholder engagement, change management, and organizational readiness.
• Translate the transformation roadmap into an executable change enablement plan aligned to business milestones, release schedules, deployment activities, and strategic objectives.
• Establish the Change Enablement operating model, governance routines, standards, tools, templates, and execution framework to support consistent delivery across the portfolio.
• Lead, manage, and develop Change Enablement Managers, providing clear priorities, expectations, coaching, and accountability for quality and timely execution.
