Guidewell's Transformation Office is seeking a Senior Director, Change Management to design the target-state operating model and lead behavior change and adoption across transformation initiatives. Reporting directly to the VP of Transformation, you will standardize change management across major initiatives, driving readiness and adoption metrics.

This role partners with senior leaders to ensure change-readiness is reflected in the enterprise transformation scorecard and oversees a multi-team

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related work experience in organizational change management.
• 5+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience designing operating model changes with business or enterprise architecture.

Responsibilities

• Leads operating model design work translating changes into organizational structures, roles, and decision rights.
• Owns enterprise change communications strategy and calendar for the full portfolio.
• Leads behavior change and adoption programs including training, champions, and coaching.
• Performs change impact and readiness assessments for major initiatives.
• Ensures adoption metrics are reflected in the enterprise transformation scorecard.
• Partners to build the people plan for AI, processes, and product changes.
