Job summary

Florida Blue is seeking a Senior Director, Change Management within GuideWell’s Transformation Office. You will design the target-state operating model and drive behavior change and adoption work that determines whether a transformation initiative takes hold.

The role reports to the VP of Transformation and Performance and requires building a consistent change management methodology across initiatives, ensuring changes and new AI-enabled products are adopted.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ related work experience in organizational change management, communications, or organizational design/development with large enterprise transformations.
• 5+ years’ direct supervisory/management experience leading change teams.
• Experience designing operating model changes (org structure, roles, decision rights) in partnership with business or enterprise architecture.
• Structured change management methodology experience (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) across multiple initiatives.
• Ability to build trust across senior stakeholders and deliver difficult messages about organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Leads operating model design for major transformation initiatives, translating target-state changes into concrete structures, roles, and decision rights.
• Owns enterprise change communications strategy including leadership narratives, stakeholder messaging, town halls, and communications calendar for the portfolio.
• Leads behavior change and adoption programs, including training, reinforcement plans, change champion networks, coaching, and resistance management.
• Runs change impact and readiness assessments for major initiatives and tailors approaches by stakeholder group.
• Partners with governance and performance leaders to ensure readouts reflect change readiness in the enterprise scorecard.
• Collaborates with AI Enablement and Product teams to build people plans for major changes before launch.
• Builds leadership bench strength across operating model design, communications, and training disciplines.
