Job summary

GuideWell's Transformation Office seeks a Senior Director, Change Management who designs the target-state operating model and drives change adoption across enterprise initiatives. The role reports to the VP of Transformation and Performance and partners with AI Enablement and Architecture leaders to ensure changes are adopted, not just delivered.

This role owns the change-readiness assessments, communications strategy, and a consistent methodology across initiatives, aligning leadership

Qualifications

• Experience leading organizational change management for large, complex enterprise programs.
• Experience applying structured methodologies across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Ability to build trust with senior cross-functional stakeholders.
• Comfort operating with authority in ambiguous structures.

Responsibilities

• Leads operating model design translating changes into structures, roles, and decision rights.
• Owns enterprise change communications strategy for the TO portfolio.
• Leads behavior change and adoption programs including training and coaching.
• Runs change impact and readiness assessments for major initiatives.
• Partners to ensure adoption metrics are reflected in the enterprise scorecard.
• Builds leadership bench strength across operating model, communications, and training.
