Job summary

ICW Group is hiring a Manager, Organizational Change Management to lead the people-side adoption within the Strategy & Transformation Office. You will establish and operate a repeatable OCM methodology to prepare for, adopt, and sustain changes to processes, systems, roles, and ways of working, with governance-ready readiness and adoption metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field; Master’s degree helpful.
• Experience leading enterprise change management initiatives across complex programs.
• Ability to develop, communicate, and govern OCM strategies and plans.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains the enterprise OCM capability with standardized templates and artifacts.
• Leads change strategy and adoption planning with cross-functional partners.
• Drives stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and readiness activities.
• Measures adoption and readiness, reporting health and progress to governance forums.
• Oversees OCM team operations, capacity planning, and continuous improvement.
