Job summary

Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking a senior Organizational Change Manager to drive change initiatives across healthcare technology and business transformations. You will partner with leaders, assess impacts, and develop adoption strategies to enable successful outcomes.

The role requires expertise in change frameworks, exec-level communication, and ability to influence stakeholders. Remote work within the United States is supported with travel 0–10% as needed.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of Business Analysis, Organizational Change Management, Consulting, or Transformation experience.
• Proven experience Leading Organizational Change Initiatives for Technology Implementations, Process Improvements, and Business Transformation Programs, and Writing OCM Plans.
• Knowledge of Change Management Frameworks (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or similar) with expertise in Stakeholder Engagement, Impact Assessments, and Change Readiness Activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational change management activities supporting complex healthcare, technology, and business transformation initiatives.
• Partner with business and technical leaders to assess change impacts and develop stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption strategies.
• Facilitate change readiness assessments, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to identify risks, barriers, and opportunities.
• Analyze business processes and organizational impacts, providing recommendations that support successful transformation outcomes.
• Measure and monitor change adoption through readiness assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Mentor teams on change management best practices and develop mitigation strategies to drive sustainable organizational change.
