Qualifikationen

• 9+ years in BA, OCM, consulting, or transformation.
• Led change initiatives for tech deployments and business transformations.
• Knowledge of Prosci ADKAR, Kotter; stakeholder engagement and readiness.
• Excellent facilitation, presentations, and executive communication.
• Influence across levels; healthcare, Medicaid, Medicare, or government exp. preferred.

• Lead change management activities for healthcare tech and business transformations.
• Partner with leaders to assess impacts and develop engagement and adoption strategies.
• Facilitate readiness assessments, workshops, stakeholder discussions.
