Job summary

Golub Capital is seeking an experienced Change Management professional in Illinois to lead transformation initiatives across projects. You will shape change strategies, design and deploy training and communication plans, and collaborate with business leads to ensure smooth adoption.

The role requires 8+ years in change management, strong communication, and a proactive, data-driven mindset. You will develop materials, measure adoption, and maintain project artifacts, fostering a Gold Standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of change management or organizational transformation experience.
• Experience delivering and designing trainings, communication plans, change strategies and process improvement.
• Experience in programs and technology implementations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with teams.
• Customer-focused with high service standards.
• Comfortable with fast-paced, complex environments and learning new technologies quickly.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools in day-to-day work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage change strategy across project lifecycles.
• Create and implement communication plans and training approaches/materials.
• Balance multiple initiatives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to customize training and communications.
• Execute change projects from strategy to deployment with business leads.
• Develop training content: e-learning videos, guides, quick reference cards.
• Identify user issues and coordinate resolutions with relevant teams.
• Maintain and update project materials throughout lifecycles.
• Build partnerships with business units to enable win-win outcomes.
• Collect, analyze, and organize data to support adoption and measure progress.
