Job summary

Golub Capital is seeking a hands-on Change Management professional to lead training and change communications for diverse system implementations. You will work with stakeholders to tailor plans, develop materials, and deploy digital tools to support user adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Instructional Design, Communications or Organizational Change preferred.
• 3+ years of direct relevant experience.
• Experience with digital adoption tools (WalkMe, SharePoint and Vyond) is a plus.
• Familiarity with change management assets in a finance context is a plus.
• Experience with design, user experience and learning management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• This is a hands-on, client-facing position that includes developing change, communications and training content.
• Deliver training for a diverse range of system/process implementations and user groups.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to customize change, communications and training plans.
• Build and implement solutions using dynamic digital adoption tools.
• Create process maps and artifacts using Visio, SharePoint Online, PowerPoint, videos and more.
• Develop, maintain and update training materials, including e-learning videos and guides.
• Research and test new technologies to create relevant learning materials.
• Resolve technical issues and coordinate with vendor support.
