Job summary

Golub Capital in Chicago, IL seeks an Associate Director of Change Management to lead client-facing initiatives, craft training content and drive adoption across complex systems. You will develop change, communications and training materials and deliver training for diverse user groups.

Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor plans reflecting employee needs, build process maps, and leverage tools like Visio, SharePoint Online and PowerPoint to enable smooth transitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Communications or Organizational Change.
• 3+ years of direct relevant experience in change, communications or training content.
• Experience with digital adoption tools and learning management systems is a plus.
• Finance context experience is a plus; strong written and verbal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop change, communications and training content for system/process implementations.
• Deliver training to diverse user groups and post‑implementation support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to customize plans reflecting employee needs and project specifics.
