Job summary

EisnerAmper is a leading accounting and advisory firm seeking a Manager of Change Management within our Outsourced Services practice in Baton Rouge. The role leads adoption strategies for complex transformations across technology, processes and operating models.

You will embed change activities, advise senior leaders, and manage multiple workstreams, driving readiness, engagement and sustained outcomes for clients and the firm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years leading change management, transformation, or related advisory services.
• Minimum 5 years leading teams and owning change outcomes across multi-workstream projects.
• Master’s degree and change management credentials preferred (Prosci/CCMP/PMP).

Responsibilities

• Lead change management workstreams for outsourced services engagements and transformations.
• Develop and execute integrated change strategies for stakeholder engagement and adoption.
• Advise senior leaders on impacts and actions to achieve adoption.
• Conduct readiness, adoption, and risk assessments to identify interventions.
• Embed change activities into charters, roadmaps, and governance.
• Build stakeholder strategies across sponsors, leaders, managers, and clients.
• Translate future-state changes into communications, tools, and training.
• Define measurable adoption outcomes and provide reporting to leadership.
• Identify resistance and mitigation actions with decision owners.
• Guide transitions to new processes, data practices, and operating models.
