Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2+ years' experience in a large organization or professional services firm.
• 1 year leading and managing project teams from sales to project closure.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with mature judgment.
• Executive presence and stakeholder/client relationship management.
• Ability to travel >50% locally and internationally.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to boost productivity and quality.
• Ability to evaluate and validate AI outputs; integrate AI into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of projects to optimize finance function elements such as readiness, processes, and training.
• Act as SME in Transformation and Change Management and related people, process, and tech.
• Oversee project teams, guide client stakeholders, ensure timely, on-budget outcomes.
• Develop industry specialization and drive marketing, training, and targeting activities.
• Build client relationships and identify opportunities across lines of business.
• Contribute to new products and deliverables for evolving OCM environments.
