Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to shape and drive transformation for enterprise software initiatives. You will guide senior leadership, design adoption strategies, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure sustainable change.

The role emphasizes applying the Prosci ADKAR framework, assessing readiness, and delivering comprehensive communication and training plans while managing risks and stakeholder engagement across a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Prosci certification in Change Management and practical use of ADKAR model.
• 10+ years of leading change management initiatives, preferably in complex transformations or tech implementations.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and business processes.
• Experience creating and executing communication, sponsorship, coaching, training, and resistance management plans.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to align change strategies with project goals.
• Lead change management activities during WorkForce Software implementation, planning and sustaining adoption.
• Apply Prosci ADKAR model to guide stakeholders through transformation stages.
• Conduct change impact assessments, assess readiness, identify risks, and mitigate resistance.
• Develop and maintain communication, sponsor roadmaps, coaching, training, and resistance management plans.
