Job summary

Creative Information Technology Inc (CITI) is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with Change Management expertise to support MES and DDI deliverables in a remote environment. You will work with the Change Management Office, designs docs, test plans, and work plans while coordinating with SMEs, PMs, and vendors to ensure timely processing and logging of all deliverables.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience in IT environments, and a focus on process improvement

Qualifications

• Experience in IT environments with Change and Release Management.
• Experience with SDLC and project documentation.
• Strong oral and written communication with internal/external customers.

Responsibilities

• Support MES change management and deliverables processing in a fast-paced PMO.
• Collaborate with design, development and vendors to align on deliverables.
• Process new requests, design docs, test plans and work plans for SMEs and PMs.
• Maintain project documentation, version control and reporting throughout the lifecycle.
