Job summary

Endurance IT Services seeks an experienced Business Analyst / Change Management Analyst to support multiple DDI projects and MES initiatives. The role focuses on IT project coordination, change management, deliverable tracking, release management, and SDLC governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an IT environment.
• 5+ years of experience with Change Management and Release Management processes.
• 5+ years of experience supporting projects through the SDLC.
• Experience tracking deliverables, workflows, reporting, and process control.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple DDI projects within the Change Management Office.
• Process, track, and manage project deliverables, requests, design documents, test plans, work plans, and change requests.
• Coordinate reviews, approvals, and rejections among vendors, SMEs, PMOs, and stakeholders.
• Maintain project repositories, documentation, version control, and tracking logs.
• Ensure project documentation is stored, organized, and versioned.
• Monitor deliverables through full lifecycle and route for review/approval.
• Collaborate with MES vendors and project teams to support operations.
• Generate status reports, dashboards, and metrics.
• Work with PMO, Information Management, SMEs, and vendors.
• Support change management and release management activities.
• Participate in all SDLC phases and act as liaison between teams.
