Job summary

Stellent IT LLC in Richmond, VA seeks a full-time Business Analyst/Change Management Analyst to support the FAS DDI deliverables, coordinate with MES vendors, internal teams and SMEs, and manage change across the project lifecycle.

You will maintain databases, logs, and deliverables, generate status reports, and act as the IT change management liaison, ensuring documents are stored, versioned, and readily accessible for management and staff.

Qualifications

• Considerable work-related IT experience.
• Experience with Change and Release Management using version control.
• Experience with the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with data entry and work order processing.
• Experience with tracking and reporting, controlling processes, and managing workflow.
• Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support DDI projects within the Change Management Office.
• Process MES O&M requests/deliverables.
• Work with Vendors, SMEs and PMs on deliverables and design docs.
• Log, store and version project deliverables.
• Develop project status reports and respond to inquiries from management and staff.
• Serve as IT point of contact for Change Management activities.
• Maintain databases and project folders; ensure proper versioning and filing.
