Job summary

RESPEC is seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Change & Configuration Management, Intermediate, to support Indian Affairs and OIT programs. You will analyze current and target CCM processes, develop artifacts, and help modernization efforts while collaborating with government stakeholders and technical teams.

The role emphasizes CCM, CMDB, and release-management practices, with a focus on ensuring compliant, auditable configuration controls and better service delivery.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of business analysis experience on federal IT investments.
• Experience with Change and Configuration Management (CCM), CMDB, and change-management processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, interviewing, training, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, validate, document, and manage business, functional, technical, and system requirements.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs; support test plans and scripts.
• Support privacy/security documentation, including PII, PIAs, and PTAs.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders, project teams, security personnel, vendors, and contractors to deliver clear requirements and processes.
• Support CCM data control, CMDB processes, release-management, and audit responses.
