Job summary

My3tech is seeking a full-time Business Analyst/Change Management Analyst to support deliverables processing and approvals/rejections from vendors for Medicaid MES-related projects. The role requires strong Change/Release Management skills and experience with design docs, test plans, and work plans.

Day-to-day work includes managing logs, databases, and project documentation, collaborating with the PMO and SMEs, and ensuring timely processing of requests.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Change Management/Release Management.
• Experience with IT environments and SDLC processes.
• Strong data entry, tracking, and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills.
• Healthcare environment experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Design, Development and Implementation (DDI) projects within Change Management.
• Process deliverables, design docs, test plans, and work plans; not an admin role.
• Coordinate with Vendors, SMEs, and PMs for next steps on deliverables.
• Maintain databases, logs, and project deliverables; generate status reports.
• Serve as IT point of contact for Change Management and ensure proper documentation.
