Job summary

Mbi Llc is seeking a full-time Business Analyst/Change Management Analyst to support FAS DDI deliverables, including processing, approvals, and version-controlled documentation across MES vendors and internal teams.

The role involves maintaining databases, logs, and project files; generating status reports; and collaborating with the Change Management Office, DMAS SMEs, and vendors to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project deliverables.

Qualifications

• Hundreds of deliverables; knowledge of IT design docs, test plans, and work plans.
• Process new deliverable requests and ensure timely logging and handoffs to SMEs/PMs.
• Professional with strong analytical and people management skills.
• Collaborate with Project Teams, management, SMEs, and vendors for aligned deliverables.
• Align Change Mgmt work streams with PMO and related activities.
• Work with program/project mgmt to ensure smooth release awareness.

Responsibilities

• Support DDI projects within the Change Mgmt Office and MES O&M deliverables.
• Be able to process design docs and other deliverables for timely processing.
• Coordinate with MES vendors and internal teams to manage deliverables and approvals.
