Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior in Business Performance to design and deliver high-quality, role-based training for SAP S/4HANA transformations. You will translate complex changes into practical learning, driving user readiness and long-term capability across client projects.

You will collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders, apply adult learning principles, and contribute to Train-the-Trainer initiatives in a hybrid EY environment. A Bachelor's degree and 3–5+ years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or psychology.
• 3–5+ years in learning design, training development, or change management.
• Experience supporting SAP implementations (preferably SAP S/4HANA).
• Strong instructional design across ILT, reference guides, and digital learning.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear content and collaborate with SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-user training content for SAP S/4HANA transformations.
• Lead end-to-end content development lifecycle from business process to learning solutions.
• Collaborate with SMEs and change-management leads to validate content relevance.
• Create engaging learning experiences enabling user readiness and adoption.
• Support Train-the-Trainer efforts and knowledge transfer activities.
