Job summary

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent relevant experience required; experience in enterprise technology transformation is a plus.
Experience consulting in large-scale technology transformation programs with Fortune 500 clients is desirable.
Strong proficiency with AI tools for innovation and efficiency in design work.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee holistic change strategies for complex transformation initiatives.
Drive executive sponsorship and align leadership to support transformation success.
Manage client engagements, deliver high-quality change work products, and ensure client satisfaction.
Develop project scopes, timelines, and strategic roadmaps; plan and execute workshops and interviews.
