Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Senior Change Management Specialist to lead enterprise OCM strategy, frameworks, and execution across major initiatives. You will partner with PMO, Corporate Communications, Training Development, and business leaders, guiding adoption and organizational readiness with a 5+ year senior/lead background.

Lead cross-functional teams, develop metrics, and shape training plans while leveraging PROSCI ADKAR principles and modern tools to drive change across complex programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, OD, business, HR, or related field.
• 10+ years of dedicated, hands-on OCM experience leading enterprise changes.
• Mastery of PROSCI-ADKAR with PROSCI certification preferred.
• Excellent facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and executive coaching.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize enterprise OCM processes, templates, and frameworks.
• Drive standards and enablement across PMO and project teams for adoption.
• Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations; identify risks.
• Advise on planning and execution; partner with leaders and BRMs.
• Design cohesive change, communication, and training plans with cross-functional teams.
• Establish baseline metrics to measure adoption, sentiment, and training engagement.
• Collaborate using tools like Smartsheet, Box, Google Workspace, Zoom, PowerPoint, WalkMe, Scribe.
• Propose tools to support change management execution; drive lessons learned.
• Conduct project health assessments for change aspects; share learnings.
