Job summary

Archer, in collaboration with Vanguard, seeks a seasoned change management lead to drive business transformation across IT and business environments. You will apply structured methodologies to maximize adoption while minimizing disruption and will partner with senior leaders to align initiatives with strategic goals.

You will develop engagement plans, manage risks, measure change effectiveness, and communicate progress to stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

Five years related work experience.
Three years in business transformation and/or change management.
Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Develops, implements, and monitors master change and communication plans for large initiatives and programs.
Provides insight on best practices and aligns initiatives with strategy and market conditions.
Communicates change status to stakeholders including leaders and senior managers.
Builds and maintains relationships, fosters cross-stakeholder communication, and influences decisions.
Identifies, manages, and mitigates risks and related issues with input from stakeholders.
Develops measurement processes for change success and maturity assessments.
Collaborates with project teams, consultants and stakeholders at executive and operational levels.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
