Job summary

Archer, in collaboration with Accenture, seeks an experienced change leader to guide organizations through AI-enabled transformation. You will design and lead enterprise change programs, shape workforce models, and ensure responsible GenAI adoption.

You will use data and AI-enabled insights to inform decisions, coach teams, and drive adoption across complex, digital workplaces. Travel may be required to support clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Organization Change management experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a consulting practitioner or advisory/transformation role.
• Minimum of 2 years working on technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Products, Industrials industry.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through large-scale reinvention efforts, including reimagining work, workforce models, and human-centered experiences in data-driven environments.
• Lead and design enterprise change programs, helping clients execute and sustain change as roles and skills evolve with technology and AI.
• Partner with clients to define and enable GenAI usage across the organization with governance and accountability.
• Use analytics and AI-enabled insights to assess readiness, adoption, and behavior change, informing decisions.
• Design agile, future-ready change strategies enabling new ways of working with humans and digital tools.
• Apply human-centered design to co-create change solutions and scalable engagement content using GenAI responsibly.
• Help clients build scalable change capabilities to adapt as technologies and work models evolve.
• Contribute to Accenture business development through proposals, storytelling, and client relationships.
• Be willing to travel to support clients.
