Job summary

UNS is seeking a Change Process Leader to advise senior leaders, shaping and leading strategic change initiatives that strengthen agility and enable safe, reliable operations. You will drive adoption, coordinate across teams, and coach leaders through transitions.

This role requires exceptional communication, collaboration, and the ability to align people, culture, and business objectives with enterprise strategy. Location in Tucson, AZ is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5–10 years of change/organizational development experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of change leadership and project management.
• Strong stakeholder analysis, engagement and communication strategies.
• Collaborative, human-centered approach to change with adaptability.
• Ability to present to leaders at all levels and influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and execute change leadership strategies aligned with objectives.
• Guide, educate, and coach employees on change leadership practices.
• Partner with leadership to integrate change into project plans and governance.
• Ensure resources, timelines and scope support change initiatives.
• Develop metrics and evaluate progress and outcomes of change efforts.
• Collaborate across functions to promote readiness and adoption.
