Job summary

Truist Financial is seeking a Senior Change Delivery Project Analyst to oversee end-to-end delivery for moderately complex large projects or programs. The role requires collaboration across teams, governance alignment, and advanced change process knowledge.

The position is based in Charlotte/Atlanta/Greensboro/Raleigh with no remote option and a 5-day in-office requirement. Strong PM, analytical, and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent education.
• 5 years of experience in consulting, project management or process improvement.
• Advanced level of understanding of project management/analysis frameworks.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning activities for moderately complex large projects or programs.
• Collaborate to establish scope, dependencies, risks, timelines and obstacles.
• Identify changes to scope or timeline during the project lifecycle.
• Drive execution by structuring milestones and managing schedules.
• Manage end-to-end project documentation and execution including business cases and project plans.
• Ensure traceability and knowledge delivery to impacted audiences.
• Provide governance and relationship management with stakeholders across teams.
• Report project status to leadership and enterprise teams.
