Job summary

Truist in-office role in multiple US locations seeks a Senior Change Delivery Project Analyst to drive end-to-end delivery across moderately complex large projects. You will partner with project teams to address issues, improve processes, and align with governance frameworks.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a business field and at least 5 years of project management or process improvement experience, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience in consulting, project management or process improvement.
• Advanced understanding of project management/analysis frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning for moderately complex large projects or programs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to set scope, risks, timelines and obstacles.
• Identify changes to scope or timeline during the lifecycle.
• Drive execution by structuring milestones and managing schedules.
• Manage end-to-end project documentation including business cases and plans.
• Provide status tracking and reporting to leadership and enterprise teams.
• Own intake of new project requests and coordination within workstreams.
• Serve as an individual contributor with ownership of a project portfolio.
