This executive leader will provide oversight, governance, and strategic leadership for a portfolio of highly visible, cross‑functional initiatives supporting the Technology & Contact Center (TCC) organization. The role is responsible for ensuring programs are effectively executed, aligned to business objectives, and delivered in partnership with enterprise stakeholders across Technology, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Customer Experience.
A key near‑term priority will be leading organizational change management efforts for TCC's AI transformation initiatives under the Truist Next Generation Engineering (TNE) program. Working closely with executive leadership, McKinsey, TCC Enablement & Readiness, Communications, technology leaders, and project teams, this individual will help drive adoption, readiness, stakeholder engagement, and execution of strategic AI initiatives. The role requires both executive leadership and hands‑on individual contributor work, including development of executive presentations, communications, and change management deliverables.
