Job summary

Schreiber Foods, Inc. is seeking a Senior Change and Adoption Manager to lead transformation in how people adopt, sustain, and realize change across our enterprise.

You will set standards, activate sponsors, and drive readiness and adoption while ensuring local sustainment by business leaders. The role is hybrid from our Green Bay Home Office, with relocation benefits for candidates moving more than 50 miles.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in organizational change management, transformation, communications, HR, learning, consulting, or related work.
• Experience designing and executing change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, readiness assessments, training strategies, and adoption measures.
• Strong understanding of structured change-management methodologies, tools, and practices.

Responsibilities

• Set the enterprise change approach, standards, playbooks, and tools to ensure consistent adoption practices across initiatives.
• Integrate stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, readiness planning, sponsor activation, training, communications, behavior change, and reinforcement.
• Assess readiness, proficiency, adoption risk, change saturation, and cumulative change load across concurrent initiatives.
