Job summary

AbbVie seeks a Senior Manager, Change Management & Enablement to lead Finance Transformation initiatives, embedding new processes, tools, and operating models across the organization. You will drive adoption and culture change at scale, partnering with senior leaders to ensure sponsorship and sustained value realization.

You will design integrated change strategies, measure progress with adoption metrics, and coach managers to sustain the required behavioral shifts across teams and functions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading organizational change or culture transformation.
• Proven ability to drive behavior change in cross-functional environments.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership to influence culture and decisions.
• Strong knowledge of PROSCI or ACMP change methodologies.
• Excellent communication and storytelling to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance Transformation initiatives driving mindset and behavior change.
• Partner with senior leaders to model cultural attributes and ways of working.
• Translate transformation objectives into behavioral adoption milestones.
• Drive end-to-end adoption of new processes and operating models.
• Identify barriers to adoption and focus on sustainable change.
• Embed change into routines, governance, and performance management.
• Develop holistic change strategies integrating comms, training, engagement.
• Apply structured change methodologies to large-scale transformations.
• Align change activities across cross-functional teams.
• Build partnerships with leaders to drive sponsorship and accountability.
• Conduct stakeholder readiness assessments.
• Advise leaders on navigating organizational change and resistance.
• Define and track adoption and culture metrics.
• Use data to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
• Design training that promotes mindset shifts.
• Coach managers and teams to lead change.
