Job summary

Amazon's Technology Supply Chain Organization is scaling change management across the function. We seek a Senior Program Manager to own adoption, shape strategy with Prosci/ADKAR and Kotter frameworks, and drive communications that move behavior.

You will partner with leadership to assess readiness, design playbooks, measure adoption, and ensure durable, scalable changes across teams including AWS data centers and Worldwide Stores operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the change management discipline across Technology Supply Chain, shaping strategy and execution.
• Build adoption frameworks, playbooks, communications, and enablement materials using Prosci/ADKAR and Kotter.
• Partner with governance, reporting, and tooling teams to drive cross-group adoption and align leaders.
• Establish adoption measurement and reporting to surface progress and risk before a rollout fails.
