Job summary

CLA is seeking a Senior Organizational Change Manager to join our internal team in Milwaukee. You will partner with clients and project teams on people-focused aspects of large-scale data, technology, and process transformations.

Responsibilities include building change strategies, planning communications and training, and guiding adoption and readiness across programs. Travel is under 10%, with opportunities to influence enterprise-scale outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, organizational development, communications, HR, change management, or related field.
• Four years of experience in organizational change management, project management, transformation consulting, or related discipline.
• Experience supporting stakeholder engagement, communications, training, organizational readiness, adoption, or resistance management activities.
• Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, tools, and project lifecycle approaches.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand strategic objectives, business needs, stakeholders, and risks with large-scale transformations.
• Assess change scope, readiness, and employee impacts to determine appropriate change management approach.
• Develop and implement employee-focused change strategies to increase adoption and proficiency with new processes and systems.
• Create integrated change management plans covering stakeholder engagement, communications, training, sponsorship, coaching, resistance management, and reinforcement.
• Facilitate change readiness, strategic planning, stakeholder alignment, and team effectiveness workshops.
• Develop and manage change roadmaps, timelines, project plans, impact assessments, readiness assessments, and adoption measures.
• Collaborate with client leaders and CLA project teams to integrate change activities into broader plans.
• Monitor progress, adoption, resistance, and risks, adjusting strategies for sustainable outcomes.
