Dexcom is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive CGM product adoption across physicians, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies in the Los Angeles area. You will train health care professionals, promote Dexcom at events, and partner with cross-functional teams to accelerate territory growth.

The role requires strong sales discipline, diabetes knowledge, and a willingness to travel 50–75%, with a hybrid home-office arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 8–12 years of related experience; a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.

Responsabilités

• Influence and support physicians, nurses and staff to prescribe Dexcom products.
• Train healthcare professionals to use Dexcom products.
• Represent Dexcom at local, regional, and national trade shows. Promote Dexcom to a broad diabetes community.
• Collaborate with market access, trade, government affairs, and sales teams to drive territory growth.
• Meet/exceed district/territory sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor progress using Dexcom analytical tools; complete admin duties promptly.
