Job summary

Corning Incorporated seeks a CEx Program Management Manager to drive strategic account management for Hyperscale Data Center customers in Charlotte, NC. Qualifications

• 4-year degree and 10+ years of account or program management experience with strategic accounts
• Experience engaging with diverse organization levels
• Experience driving organization change (people, process, technology)
• Ability to evaluate opportunities strategically and financially and communicate recommendations
• Strong data mining and analytical skills for leadership and customers
• Executive-level presentation skills
• Direct customer engagement experience in presenting, negotiating, training on strategic platforms
• Proven ability to lead improvement initiatives delivering process efficiencies
• Knowledge of data center infrastructure, fiber optic cabling, deployment
• Experience with stocking strategies, forecasting, supplier scorecards, logistics, or international trade
• Experience creating dashboards, workflows, reports, or models to improve visibility and accountability

Responsibilities

• Provide program management support for a Hyperscale Data Center customer
• Contract management support for Hyperscale Data Center customers
• Lead account program team topics, customer business reviews, and reporting
• Leverage automation and digital capabilities to improve service
• Support contract negotiations and track progress against contracts
• Own subsets of orders/products/projects requiring higher touch
• Manage onboarding, training, and performance of CEx Program Specialists
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
