Job summary

Corning Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a CEx Program Specialist to collaborate with CN Sales and customers, implement strategic projects, support account management, and reduce back‑office cycles.

You'll coordinate demand, inventory, and product launches with supply chain and channel teams, and contribute to revenue growth through key account initiatives. Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2+ years in Customer Care or Sales support, strong analytical, interpersonal and scheduling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years in Customer Care or Sales & Marketing support (telecom experience preferred).
• Strong analytical, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time‑management skills with a strong customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate execution of strategic account plans, supporting end‑to‑end account management, performance tracking, forecasting, and customer engagement.
• Partner with supply chain and channel teams to manage demand priorities, inventory, product launches, and resolve execution issues.
• Lead or support key account initiatives and consolidated reporting focused on revenue growth, product mix optimization, and connectivity expansion.
• Support new product sets and solutions to current and potential customers, create rollout plans per customer.
