Job summary

Corning Inc. in Charlotte, NC seeks a CEx Program Specialist to engage with the CN Sales Team and customers, implementing strategic projects, supporting account management, and resolving back-office issues to reduce selling time and defend key accounts.

You will coordinate with supply chain and channel teams on demand priorities, inventory, product launches, and customer engagement while supporting digital tools, portals, and self-service adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in Customer Care and/or Sales & Marketing support (Telecom industry experience preferred).
• Flexible and extended work hours may be required.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic account plans and end-to-end management.
• Coordinate demand priorities, inventory, and product launches.
• Lead reporting on revenue growth and channel initiatives.
• Support Network Architecture and Digital Customer Experience initiatives.
