Job summary

Corning Inc. is seeking a proactive Engineering Services professional to support hyperscale data center initiatives. You will gather customer requirements, coordinate prototypes, and ensure solutions meet market needs while mitigating risk.

You will work with engineers, PMO, and market teams to translate complex requirements into tangible product designs, while contributing to IP generation and field-ready training.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in telecom, data center, or related industry.
• Ability to translate complex technical info for customers and teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead ES solution development for strategic HSDC customers.
• Understand customer priorities and align solutions accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet innovation needs.
• Interact with customers to capture requirements and guide to solutions.
