Qualifications

• BS in Engineering Related Studies required.
• 5+ years in telecom/data center industry.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex tech for customers.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engineering Services activities for strategic HSDC customers.
• Understand customer priorities and align solutions with needs.
• Coordinate prototypes with Corning Technology and PMO/Market Development teams.
• Interact with customers to identify requirements and opportunities.
• Contribute to IP development in collaboration with Technology.
• Provide training and ensure procedures for innovation products are established.
