Connections Health Solutions is seeking a Recovery Support Specialist (RSS) in Kirkland, WA. This role emphasizes peer support, recovery coaching, and connecting individuals with community resources. You will work within a multidisciplinary team and help patients navigate the recovery journey with empathy and professionalism.

Requirements include CPSS or CPSS-T certification and WA Care Authority registration. Strong lived-recovery experience is valued.

Qualificações

• Must possess CPSS or CPSS-T certification.
• Registered with Washington State Care Authority.
• Individuals with lived recovery experience preferred.
• Able to work with individuals who may be agitated or unpredictable.
• Must obtain a Food Handlers Card for Washington state.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hope and peer support to individuals navigating behavioral health recovery.
• Build trusting relationships and support recovery goals.
• Connect individuals with natural and community-based supports.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment team to support care.
• Document encounters in the electronic health record.
• Advocate for patients and assist with treatment planning and discharge steps.
