Job summary

Norman Regional Health System in Hulbert, OK seeks a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to lead hand therapy within outpatient rehab. You will evaluate, design orthoses, and guide recovery for hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder injuries.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, splint fabrication, and collaborative care with surgeons and therapists. Licensure, CHT, and CPR/BLS are required; Doctoral degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in OT or PT is required; doctoral degree preferred.
• 3+ years experience in upper-extremity outpatient rehab.
• Current state license; CHT credential; CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and establish plan of care for hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder.
• Provide therapeutic interventions appropriate to patient age and condition.
• Design, fit, and educate on custom orthoses and splints for hand/upper-extremity.
• Supervise OT assistants and students.
