You will partner with CTDO, Development, Commercial, and Global Supply Chain to align priorities and drive lasting performance on KPIs over a ten-year horizon.

Leading cross-functional teams, you’ll shape integrated roadmaps, manage risks, and influence enterprise decisions while ensuring patient-focused execution and timely product delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across development, manufacturing, supply chain and finance.
• Experience with cell therapy development, commercialization, and regulatory considerations.
• Strong strategic thinking and financial acumen for long-range planning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as CTDO and Global Supply Chain representative on governance bodies and drive alignment.
• Own end-to-end product strategy for Cell Therapy assets and brands across supply, capacity, and tech.
• Chair cross-functional GO Teams and govern the Book of Work to meet strategic goals.
• Provide matrix leadership across Development, MSAT, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps linking investments to KPIs like COGM and MSR.
