Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in market access, pricing, HEOR, or related roles within healthcare or biopharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of drug development and commercialization processes from a payer perspective.
• Experience in oncology, hematology, specialty biologics, or advanced therapies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of integrated worldwide pricing, access, reimbursement, and launch strategies for Cell Therapy assets.
• Define global pricing strategy, price corridors, access archetypes, and launch sequencing while balancing access speed and value.
• Serve as Worldwide Market Access lead in Global Product Teams, embedding payer perspectives early.
• Shape evidence generation priorities to address evolving payer and HTA requirements across markets.
• Collaborate across Global Market Access to holistically assess opportunities and risks.
• Translate market dynamics into strategic recommendations and mitigation plans.
• Lead cross-functional access forums to align strategies across geographies and launches.
