Job summary

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical/commercial analytics or related fields.
Experience in sales strategy, analytics, deployment planning, or commercial excellence.
Experience enabling cross-functional teams and matrix organizations.
Ability to influence senior leadership and drive data-informed decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead development and evolution of sales strategy frameworks and field deployment optimization.
Define analytics capabilities with BI&A teams; build dashboards and KPI tracking.
Leverage AI-enabled tools and market insights to guide leadership decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics with commercial planning.
Support incentive plan design, deployment modeling, and promotional strategy.
Prepare executive-level reviews and provide strategic recommendations.
