Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead a Work Centered Team responsible for Cell Therapy manufacturing, with emphasis on safety, compliance, and continuous improvement. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Manufacturing and drives excellence in execution in a fast-paced, multi-product environment.

You will ensure batch records are accurate, cGMPs followed, and training compliance maintained while forecasting resources, setting priorities, and delivering on production

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing teams in GMP environments.
• Strong knowledge of cell therapy manufacturing processes.
• Experience with cGMPs, SOPs and batch records.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a Work Centered Team (WCT) to execute Cell Therapy manufacturing.
• Ensure safety, compliance, ALCOA+ documentation, and training adherence.
• Manage production scheduling, staffing, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with Quality Shop Floor, Warehouse, and Manufacturing Science & Technology.
