Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Associate Director for US Cell Therapy Sales Strategy & Analytics to lead data-driven strategy across the US Cell Therapy Sales organization. This field-based/remote role partners with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to translate priorities into analytics frameworks and actionable insights that improve performance and patient access.

The role requires strong analytics, strategic planning, and stakeholder management with experience in oncology/cell

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
MBA, MS, or other advanced degree preferred.
7+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, commercial strategy, sales operations, or related functions.
Experience in sales strategy, analytics, deployment planning, or commercial excellence.
Experience in oncology, hematology, cell therapy, or complex therapeutics preferred.
Proven ability to influence senior leadership in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

Lead development and evolution of sales strategy frameworks including territory and account segmentation.
Define, build, and maintain analytics capabilities with dashboards, performance reporting, and KPI tracking.
Leverage advanced analytics and market insights to generate proactive, forward-looking business recommendations.
Partner with Business Insights & Analytics and other Enterprise teams to translate data into clear strategies.
Support Incentive Compensation Plan design and deployment modeling.
Lead business analyses informing planning decisions, launch readiness, and organizational strategy.
