Bristol Myers Squibb in New Jersey is seeking a Senior Director, Cell Therapy Product Leader to own portfolio strategy across the CT portfolio and align with Development, Commercial, and Global Supply Chain leaders. You will set performance measures and lead governance to deliver long-term product and portfolio success.

The role requires senior leadership across functions, matrix leadership, and a focus on capacity, vector supply, MSR, COGM, and TAT with a ten-year planning horizon.

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. in science and/or engineering; Master preferred.
• 15+ years of leadership experience across biotech/pharma functions.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and governance entities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product strategy for CT assets and brands.
• Lead cross-functional GO Teams and govern Book of Work.
• Provide matrix leadership across Development, MSAT, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory CMC, Finance and Commercial.
• Develop multi-year product roadmaps linking investments to KPIs.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and implement mitigations.
