Job summary

Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. seeks a Director, Global Market Access and Pricing Strategy - Cell Therapy, to define and drive integrated global access, pricing, reimbursement, and launch strategies for Cell Therapy assets.

You will partner across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Policy, and regional teams to ensure payer value and evidence considerations shape development and lifecycle decisions. The role is highly strategic in a global, matrixed organization, reporting to the Executive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Deep understanding of global market access, pricing, HTA, and HEOR frameworks.
• 8+ years in market access, pricing, HEOR, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of drug development and commercialization processes.
• Ability to assess trial designs and evidence implications from a payer perspective.
• Launch or late-stage development experience preferred.
• Experience in oncology/hematology or advanced therapies preferred.
• Proven ability to communicate access strategy to senior stakeholders and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead worldwide pricing, access, reimbursement, and launch strategies for Cell Therapy assets.
• Serve as Worldwide Market Access lead in Global Product Teams and forums.
• Collaborate with Global Market Access teams to assess opportunities and risks.
• Lead cross-functional access forums to align geographies and drive execution.
• Partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Policy, and regional teams to adapt strategy.
• Support portfolio strategy, long-range planning, and business development with access perspectives.
