Job summary

Wolters Kluwer Health is seeking a Lead Product Analyst for CDS Adoption & Engagement to drive adoption, engagement, and actionable insights across clinical decision support products. You will query usage data, define metrics, and partner with product and engineering teams to shape data-driven improvements.

This role emphasizes hands-on analysis, dashboard development, and translating findings into practical recommendations to improve clinician and care-team workflows and product value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product analytics, data analytics, or related roles.
• Proficient in writing SQL queries.
• Experience building dashboards and recurring reports.
• Strong communication skills to explain data to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams (Product, Eng, Analytics, Commercial).

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain adoption, engagement, funnel, and usage metrics for CDS products.
• Query product usage data to analyze clicks, actions, journeys, cohorts, and segments.
• Analyze what users engage with and which interactions drive downstream action.
• Build dashboards and recurring views for product performance and user behavior.
• Partner with Product Managers to define success metrics for launches, pilots, and experiments.
• Identify insights to inform roadmap priorities, UX improvements, and adoption strategies.
• Improve instrumentation and metric definitions for high-quality product data.
• Translate analysis into actionable recommendations for product, leadership, and customer-facing teams.
